Do you love golf? Coastal Kelly does and Jupiter is home to one of the most beautiful courses on the east coast, the Abacoa Golf Club. This course features beautiful vistas, multiple elevations, fresh landscaping and best of all, a bar outside the 18th hole.
The Abacoa was the final course designed by the renowned course architect Joe Lee before his passing in 1999. With its many elevation changes and sloping fairways, it is truly a great example of Joe’s course design style.
$1 million in renocations have recently been made to the 14 holes surrounded by water. This improved the lake banks, created new landscaping and car paths and marked the launch of the Abacoa Gold Club Academy. Did we mention there’s a bar at the end?
Have you ever had to beat a 587-yard par 5 hole? Here you will. Hazards line the length of the course to the green to the left while oak trees line the right. Good luck! It takes a great eye and swing to position a shot well enough to avoid putting from above the hole on this green.
